Manuals for DOS palmtop?

Hi,
I just discovered this place and I am so glad to see that there are still people caring about old palmtop devices.
I do not have a specific favorite as I collect all sorts of palmtop form factor, but lately I got a lot from Europe that included plenty of devices that run on Dos. Among these, some were easy to find the technical manuals and the operation manuals, like the HP LX devices and Atari/DIP/Poqet; but for others I found basically nothing at all.
Hopefully someone here have scanned version of these manuals? These are the devices I was not able to find manuals for
- Prolinear PS1000 (or clones, like the Zeos palmtop or the Tidalwave)
- Prolinear PS3000
- Nec MC-MK22
I hold little hopes as there are no uploads even on the usual sites where you find documentations about old hardware and large forums, so I assume these do not exist in digital format anywhere probably.
