Hello!
I recently discovered this project called PicoPCMCIA, which can do a ton. The developer is testing it on a IBM PC110 and a HP 200LX, which is great.
It can:
- provide modern WiFi via NE2000 adapter emulation
- provide high quality audio and midi output (and Sound Blaster emulation!)
- emulate a Panasonic CD-ROM
- storage emulation in combination with networking
- USB gamepads and mice
Here's the website for it:

And a short showcase video (more on the dev's channel):

Since it's an indie project, you have to reserve a spot to receive one. I've reserved mine already, and the dev claims it will be ready to ship in 30 to 90 days.
I don't have any DOS Palmtops yet (unfortunately), but when I do get one, I'll definitely test this on it.
Speaking of, if anybody wants to sell me their Palmtop...
Right now I'll just be using it on my Jornada 728 (Windows CE).
Anyway, it looks like a very promising project.
interesting project brings easy wifi to HP200LX and more
